Excellent! The company Deterding installed security-enhancing measures in our private home. The appointments were a bit stretched due to the full order books, but apart from that: excellent! Good estimate, top advice, definitely in the interest of the customer (not everything "sold" that was possible but needs-oriented), and the installation afterwards was also exemplary. Our double cylinder of the front door suddenly had massive problems. I received very good advice from Mr. Deterding for a new cylinder. Among other things, I was asked about an existing core pull protection and also advised regarding the security of our windows. In no time, additional spare keys were made and the price was also good. When I then had problems removing the old cylinder, I was optimally advised over the phone in no time. This is how I imagine good service!
